T H E   C R E A T I V E  P R O C E S S > For my conceptual designs, I like to start with thumbnail sketches, then narrow it down to a few detailed concepts. Next, I pick the top three ideas to "digitize" the design in Photoshop, Illustrator or Flash. This is usually when the client sees the rough concepts, as a jpeg file. The client chooses a layout or two to develop further maybe even a category page look. Then, the client chooses a final design for the look and feel of the site before we start the build process. Animations and special effects are usually created inside the build process.
